Return Window:
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following products cannot be returned once opened or used:

1. Software & digital downloads

2. Personal-use electronics (e.g., headphones, earbuds, grooming devices)

Refunds:
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
